Living in an almost 40 year old home on a sloping block, the repairs and maintenance are ongoing and challenging. I have been a customer of Mark's since he started his business, and so far, there is nothing that he hasn't been able to conquer. Apart from the usual property maintenance tasks of mowing the lawn, trimming trees, changing tap of washers, painting and hanging pictures, he has built timber and stone retaining walls, re-bedded pavers and removed a dangerous sink hole, fixed a leaking toilet that no one else could, designed and built a fab new driveway with proper drainage AND cleaned the pool. All this was done on time and at a reasonable price and benefited from Mark's insight and commitment to doing a job right the first time.
